Snow Day :)
Yet another late blog post. This time it’s about snow, and it is currently like 80 degrees outside as I am writing this. Last semester, every Tuesday was pretty much a snow day since I didn’t have Tuesday/Thursday classes, but it was not every Tuesday that the campus was covered in a foot of snow.
Spring Break – St. Augustine, Florida
Instead of going home for spring break, I traveled to St. Augustine, Florida with 24 other students to work on community service projects.
New Hope, PA
Wow, yet another blog post that’s two five months late. Alexis and I thought it would be a GREAT idea to go to New Hope in the freezing cold.
Dinosaurs and Grilled Cheese (again)
Last summer I wrote this post about a day trip my mom and I took into the city. This post is very similar, except instead of summer at The Academy of Natural Science, it’s winter at The Franklin Institute.
Why Crutches Aren’t the Worst
#tbt to the first seven-ish weeks of fall semester when I was on crutches. I forget sometimes that that part of my life happened. It came up the other weekend when I was talking to some friends and everyone agreed that being on crutches would be terrible. While it was pretty bad at times, there were actually a decent amount of positives that came out of the whole situation.
Snowboarding (we paid $40 to be near snow)
I recently broke my foot, and Nicole has a bad knee, yet we still decided it would be a good idea to go snowboarding.
Ringing Rocks County Park
I’m pretty sure anyone reading this already knows that I enjoy hiking and climbing on rocks. While looking for cool things to do in our area, Nicole and I found out about Ringing Rocks County Park so that’s where we went.
NYC
There are very few things that I’ll willingly wake up before 8AM for. A bus trip to New York City is one of them.
